FOR SMALL & GROWING BUSINESSES

Small Businesses Don’t Need More Marketing.

They Need a System That Actually Works.

We install simple marketing systems for small businesses so leads don’t slip through the cracks.

Client Growth Stories

Every business is different.

Some clients need a new website. Others need better systems, stronger marketing, more leads, or a clear growth strategy. Most need a combination of all of the above.

Here are a few of the businesses we’ve had the privilege of helping grow.

Four States IT Consulting

When Russ first came to me for help with his marketing, the first thing we tackled was his website.

Like many business owners, he had outgrown what was there.

The existing site looked like what you’d expect from a generic IT company anywhere in America. But Russ isn’t a generic IT provider. He’s a trusted cybersecurity expert serving businesses throughout Tulsa and the surrounding communities.

Our goal wasn’t simply to build a prettier website.

It was to position Russ as the expert he already was.

Together, we rebuilt the site from the ground up, creating a professional online presence that reflects the experience, knowledge, and trustworthiness that his clients see every day. We focused heavily on local SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to help businesses find him when they need help protecting their networks, data, and operations.

We also made sure visitors could quickly understand who Russ and his team are, what they do, and why organizations in healthcare, financial services, and other security-sensitive industries trust Four States Consulting to keep their systems safe.

When it comes to IT and cybersecurity, trust isn’t just important.

It’s everything.

Russ has also become a valuable resource for my own clients. When a business owner asks who I trust for cybersecurity, managed IT services, or protecting critical business systems, Four States Consulting is often one of the first names that comes to mind.

If your business depends on reliable, secure technology—and let’s be honest, every business does—I’d encourage you to reach out to Russ and the team at Four States Consulting.

Superior Sevice Mechanical

One of the biggest misconceptions about marketing is that you have to work with someone down the street to get great results.

Superior Service Mechanical is based in the Oklahoma City area, and our work together is proof that distance doesn’t matter nearly as much as communication, trust, and a clear strategy.

When they came to me, they needed a professional online presence that made it easy for customers to find them, understand their services, and take the next step. Together, we created a website with appointment scheduling tools designed to turn website visitors into real conversations.

Like many service businesses, their team is focused on serving customers, not spending hours figuring out websites and marketing.

That’s where I come in.

My job is to make sure the digital side of the business works as hard as the people behind it.

One thing I love about projects like this is being reminded that great partnerships aren’t limited by geography. While many of my clients are here in Northeast Oklahoma, I’ve been fortunate to help businesses throughout the state and beyond.

If you’re in the Oklahoma City area and need reliable HVAC services, I encourage you to check out Superior Service Mechanical and see what they have to offer.

Gravity Hill Coffee

When Lori came to me, she already had something many businesses never achieve: a beautiful website, great products, and a compelling story.

A former teacher, Lori built her business around supporting educators and giving back to her community. The passion was there. The products were there. The foundation was already in place.

What was missing wasn’t another marketing tactic.

It was clarity.

After taking a deep dive into the business, I was able to identify a few simple changes that created an immediate impact. No complete overhaul. No massive budget. Just a clearer strategy and a system designed to support her goals.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned after 25+ years in marketing is that most businesses don’t have a marketing problem.

They have a clarity problem.

When the message, the strategy, and the systems all start working together, growth becomes a lot easier.

Sometimes the smallest adjustments create the biggest results.

And if you’re a coffee lover, do yourself a favor and check out Gravity Hill Coffee. The Butter Pecan Crunch is one of my personal favorites.

Kimberly Dawn KW Realtor

When Kimberly and I first started working together, she wasn’t looking for a new website or the latest marketing trend.

She wanted consistency.

Like many Realtors, she had a lot of moving pieces competing for her attention. Together, we focused on creating systems that could help her stay visible, stay connected to her database, and create opportunities without adding more hours to her day.

Today, we continue to build landing pages, automate follow-up, create marketing campaigns, and make updates to her existing website as her business grows.

One thing I love about Kimberly is that she genuinely cares about her clients and her community.

My job is simply helping more people discover that.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in Bartlesville, Kimberly is someone I’d absolutely recommend.

The Refinery

Some places are more than just a business.

They’re part of a community’s story.

The Refinery is a beautifully restored historic venue that has become one of Bartlesville’s premier destinations for weddings, celebrations, and special events. The building itself is stunning, but what really sets it apart is the vision behind it.

Our work together has focused on growth strategy, Google Ads management, and ongoing website support designed to help more people discover everything The Refinery has to offer.

One thing I love about this project is that it isn’t just about filling a venue calendar.

It’s about shining a spotlight on Bartlesville and the incredible venues, vendors, and experiences that make it a premier destination for weddings and celebrations.

When local businesses succeed, the entire community benefits.

If you’re planning a wedding, special event, or celebration, I highly recommend taking a look at The Refinery. It’s one of Bartlesville’s true gems.

Owasso Family Billiards

One of the things I enjoy most is working with businesses that are building something new.

We were introduced to the owners through Russ at Four States Consulting, and it’s a great example of why referrals mean so much to me. Some of my favorite projects start with a simple recommendation from a client, friend, or family member who trusts me enough to make an introduction.

With Owasso Family Billiards, we’ve had the opportunity to help behind the scenes as they prepare for their grand opening. From website development and ongoing updates to customer engagement strategies, we’ve been helping create the foundation for long-term growth.

One project I’m especially excited about is the creation of the First Rack Club, a VIP community designed to give local residents early access to updates, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, special announcements, and opening day excitement.

We’ve also helped streamline hiring by creating online application systems and building tools that make it easier to connect with both future customers and future team members.

The doors haven’t opened yet, but the excitement is already building.

It’s been fun watching this vision come to life, and my family is looking forward to being among the first customers through the door when they officially open next month.

Sometimes growth starts long before a business serves its first customer. It starts with building the right foundation.

If you’re in the Owasso area, keep an eye on Owasso Family Billiards. We have a feeling it’s going to become a favorite gathering place for families, friends, and league players alike.
